Located in Peekskill, NY, Bonzeye Studios is the creative outlet for artist and artisan John Boniello Sr.  John specializes in fine woodwork, crafting one-of-a-kind salt and pepper mills, instruments, cutting boards, bowls, bottle openers, among many other things, as well as custom commissions of all kinds. Taking pride in the full creation process, he personally mills much of his own lumber, and almost all finished pieces include at least some parts of this lumber - from tree to finished product.

Blending art with practical design, John focuses on personalized craftsmanship. Beyond woodworking, his creative practice extends to painting, music, short stories, and anything else his mind dreams up. Guided by a simple philosophy to keep him inspired, John aims to create at least one thing every single day.
